The Rewards:

• Salary: Starting at $110,000/year (based on experience).
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 to welcome you to the team.

As our Director of Nursing, you will be the heart of our clinical operations. You will:

• Lead and mentor a dedicated nursing team in a "person-centered" care environment.
• Oversee administrative functions to ensure the highest standards of NYS and Federal compliance.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and outside medical partners.
• Collaborate with fellow Directors of Nursing within the Hurlbut network for shared knowledge and support.

What We’re Looking For:

• The ability to lead with heart, mind, and spirit.
• A current, valid NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Managerial experience in a skilled nursing setting.
• A passion for high-quality, holistic care and excellent customer service.
