Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices, and related documents Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups while resolving any order issues Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or order processing Familiarity with CRM, order management, inventory, or logistics software Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
