Make a real difference in the lives of students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite at a local elementary school near Odenville, AL. This rewarding opportunity spans the full 2026-2027 school year, providing dedicated support to approximately 50 students requiring speech-language services.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP State License and Educator Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Previous experience working in a school setting with pediatric caseloads is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a moderate caseload independently
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide consultation and strategies for classroom accommodations and generalization of skills
• Commit to full-time onsite hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
