Weekend Forklift OperatorFargo, ND 58102Job Number: 294290 Pay Rate: $23.00 per hourJob DescriptionReach Truck / Sit-Down Forklift Operator Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PMLocation: Fargo, NDPosition Summary: We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck or Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating material handling equipment to move, store, stack, retrieve, and transport products throughout the facility while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. This is a weekend only position!Key Responsibilities:Safely and efficiently operate a Reach Truck or Sit-Down Forklift in warehouse storage and distribution areasComplete daily equipment inspections and required documentationLoad, unload, move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locationsRetrieve products from storage locations and replenish inventory as neededPull and prepare orders for shipmentVerify product quantities and ensure order accuracyUse RF scanners to track inventory and maintain inventory accuracyAssist with cycle counts and physical inventory activitiesRotate inventory according to warehouse proceduresReport inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and safety concernsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform additional warehouse duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 6 months of Reach Truck or Sit-Down Forklift operating experience requiredAbility to obtain and pass forklift certificationStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyBasic computer skills and ability to use warehouse scanning equipmentAbility to perform basic math calculationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shiftAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 poundsFrequent bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting throughout the shiftAbility to work in varying warehouse temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levelsFlexibility to work overtime or additional hours as neededThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals with Reach Truck or Sit-Down Forklift experience looking to join a warehouse team focused on safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
