Understands and reacts effectively to the unique needs of all patients. Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide safe patient care. **Qualifications:** **Education** High School Diploma or GED is preferred. **Experience** 1 year of experience in acute care setting is preferred. **Certifications, Licenses and Registrations** CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) or PCT (Patient Care Technician) certification in state of practice is preferred.
