Key Responsibilities\nAs a Telehealth LCSW, you will:

- Utilize evidence-based practices to provide mental health treatment via telehealth, using both video and telephone platforms to connect with patients. \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, gathering pertinent information to inform the treatment and care planning process. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions online, addressing various clinical issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. \n
- Manage intake sessions for new patients, ensuring each individual feels welcomed and understood while collecting necessary data to develop a personalized treatment plan. \n
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with Federal, State, and organizational regulations. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to enhance patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care. \n
This role primarily involves working with individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, as well as those experiencing mental health challenges. Our patient population is diverse, and you will have the opportunity to engage with clients from various backgrounds, each requiring tailored approaches to their care. Your contribution will play a crucial role in empowering patients on their recovery journey by providing the support and strategies they need to succeed.
Qualifications\nTo qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

- A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the State of California. \n
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the provision of therapeutic services within a clinical environment. \n
- A demonstrated ability to effectively use computer systems and telehealth technology; experience with telemedicine platforms is considered a significant advantage. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong ability to connect with patients through a virtual medium. \n
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are desirable:
