This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operations, resident satisfaction, occupancy, and financial performance.
If you are a proactive, organized Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of your property’s success, this is a great long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a multifamily community or portfolio
- Lead onsite teams and support leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Drive occupancy, retention, and overall property performance
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting (Yardi preferred)
- Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and capital projects
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with CA housing laws
- Partner with corporate teams on leasing, marketing, and operational strategy
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Property Management experience (multifamily required)
- Experience managing large or multi-property portfolios preferred
- Strong knowledge of Yardi (or similar property management software)
- Familiarity with California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
