The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in finance management. Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the sales division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with finance management experience
- Strong understanding of sales processes, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds and experiences
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Possess a driver's license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles
