This Program Integrator (PI) position will be a core contractor position within the PM TAGM, Aviation Rockets and Small Guided Munitions (ARSGM) product office. The PI will be responsible for all programmatic/program management cost/schedule/performance aspects and oversite of the Long-Range Precision Munition (LRPM), which is the lethal capability of the Army's priority Launched Effects (LE) family of systems. The PI will assist the ARSGM leadership team and will direct report to the LRPM Program Officer and will work directly with the LRPM Assistant Product Manager (APM) on all aspects of LRPM rapid prototyping and any follow-on acquisition pathways or efforts. The PI may facilitate and support communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders/organizations including but not limited to other government agencies, industry partners, and other LRPM/LE dependency offices/teams as well as be required to interface and coordinate cross-functionally with other elements of the acquisition communities and requirements and resourcing communities among others. This may involve preparing and delivering executive level briefings, drafting responses to requests for information, and ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged. This position may develop, coordinate, and maintain numerous documents and reporting requirements including white papers/information papers, briefings, note taking and action tracking, after-action summaries, and updating/maintaining/staffing work-products pertaining to risk management, program reviews, or program briefings. This position will assist with the synchronization and integration of key events and activities for the program including monitoring and supporting test activities as well as program documentation/milestone documentation responsibilities. This includes attending and participating in organizational staff calls, working groups/integrated product teams, and other events capturing and monitoring actions items and engaging in the resolution process. This position requires expertise with the DoD 5000, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and PPB&E cycle/processes as well as expertise with launched effects and lethal unmanned aerial systems warfighting capabilities/systems.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree (MBA) is desired
• 22 years acquisition/requirements experience
• 12 years acquisition supervisory experience
• Aviation/UAS platform experience
• All phases of acquisition lifecycle/MTA experience
• FMS experience

Clearance Level: Active DoD TS/SCI is desired
