Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Rock Island, Illinois. This position involves providing care within an interdisciplinary team, contributing clinical expertise in patient management. The role may require floating across local campuses within the same discipline to ensure optimal patient care.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical, Post-Operative, or Stepdown nursing; current BLS certification (AHA); Iowa or Illinois state license; valid drivers license; work history/resume; skills checklist completed within the past year; license verification; copy of required certifications; one supervisory reference at the time of submission; must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, unless located in Madison where a local candidate with a 10% rate reduction is accepted.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 5-7 patients at a time, including N:P ratio details in work history; prior travel contract completion preferred.
• Schedule: 12-hour days, minimum 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026
• Additional Information: Clinicians will contribute to patient care within a trauma-certified environment; orientation sessions are scheduled periodically.
