Team Leader - St Julian's House Full time Ref: 20261123 Opened: 30/06/2026 Closes: 13/07/2026 St Julian's House provides emergency accommodation for homeless people and seeks to promote opportunities and support to enable homeless people to return to independent living. The role of Team Leader is an interesting and varied one, which can also be quite challenging and demanding. Responsibilities Provide a range of care and support for homeless and vulnerable adults as part of the full‑time staff team. Build caring, supportive and non‑judgmental relationships with service users. Deal with people objectively and with common sense in difficult circumstances. Contribute to the overall success of St Julian's House in supporting individuals towards independent living. Qualifications Experience working with homeless or vulnerable adults is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to the values of empathy, respect and dignity in care provision.
