SAP Basis Administrator

Job Title
Duration: 6+ months Contract-to-Hire Location: On-site 3 days/week in either St. Petersburg, FL or Cincinnati, OH Compensation: $50-65/hr (converting to $80-100k/yr + Bonus + Benefits) Relocation Accepted: Yes ***U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas at this time.*** ***No Vendors/3rd parties.*** Overview:
Manage and support the SAP landscape to ensure performance, availability, and security. Partner with cross-functional teams to support business processes and resolve system issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience.
- Strong SAP system, database, and OS (Linux/Unix/Windows) knowledge.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skill.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM).
- Monitor system performance, availability, and health.
- Administer SAP databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server), including backups and optimization.
- Manage SAP users, roles, and authorizations; enforce security standards.
- Troubleshoot system, performance, and connectivity issues.
- Use SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain documentation and apply SAP Basis best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Basis or HANA certification.
- Experience with SAP on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
