Chick-fil-A Shift Leader/Manager

DESCRIPTION

We're seeking a Shift Lead/Manager that excels in multi-tasking and providing a great guest experience! You'll be responsible for ensuring that our front of house operations run smoothly during your shifts. Must be a hospitality professional ensuring guest receive warm welcome and excellent service. Prepare shift plans, supervise Team Members, and work well with a team of leaders executing operational plans.

Shift Lead/Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that guest have a great experience
• Respond effectively and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintaining food and safety standards are being followed at all times
• Time management ensuing key responsibilities are performed during shift
• Effective decision-making and problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Assign tasks, monitoring work activities and employee performance
• Ensuring that required tasks are completed and sales goals are achieved
• Cash handling responsibilities including finalizing shift sales
• Encourage professional conduct, safe work practices, and positive relationships with employees
• Train new employees on work tasks, and working safely
• Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
• Handling emergencies, and mediating when needed
• Additional duties as assigned
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and with a team

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
