Direct Hire Opportunity
A well-established company in Oklahoma City is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join its growing accounting team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Perform monthly bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial reports and support management with financial analysis
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records
- Support audits and maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
