What You'll Do:
- Run the show: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service across all departments.
- Inspire your team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of managers and hourly staff.
- Drive results: Lead the charge on sales growth, labor management, inventory, and profitability.
- Champion consistency: Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, recipes, and service procedures.
- Create culture: Foster a positive, hospitality-focused environment where guests and employees feel valued.
- Keep improving: Use key metrics to implement smart strategies that boost performance and enhance the guest experience.
What You Bring:
- 35+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
- Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and develop others
- Solid experience in P&L management, inventory, budgeting, and labor scheduling
- A hospitality-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
