Having already completed several strategic hires into the M&A team, we're now searching for an ambitious M&A Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. Working directly with senior executives across the group, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating, executing, and integrating acquisitions across North America as the business accelerates its buy-and-build agenda. You'll gain exposure across the full transaction lifecycle while helping shape a business undergoing significant expansion. As part of a growing M&A team, you will be heavily involved in evaluating acquisition opportunities, leading diligence workstreams, financial modelling, building investment cases, and supporting integration activity. Key Responsibilities Evaluate acquisition opportunities across North America, supporting the business's ambitious inorganic growth strategy. Lead and coordinate financial due diligence processes, working with internal stakeholders and external advisers. Build and review detailed financial models, valuations, investment cases, and transaction materials. Analyse historical and forecast financial performance, identifying key risks, value creation opportunities, and deal drivers. Support negotiations, transaction execution, and deal structuring activities. Partner with senior management to assess strategic fit and commercial rationale for potential acquisitions. Work closely with integration teams to ensure smooth transition and value capture post-close. Engage directly with founders, management teams, advisors, and private equity stakeholders throughout the deal process. Help develop and refine M&A processes as deal volume continues to increase. Ideal Background We're interested in individuals who combine strong financial rigor with commercial curiosity and a desire to work in a fast-paced acquisitive environment. 5-8 years of relevant experience. Strong Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience from a leading accounting or advisory firm preferred. Experience working on mid-market or large-cap M&A transactions. Advanced financial analysis, accounting, modelling, and valuation capabilities. Exposure to corporate development, strategic M&A, investment banking, or principal investing environments is highly advantageous, but not essential. Ability to synthesise complex financial information into clear investment recommendations. Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence interacting with senior executives, founders, and advisors. Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, deal-intensive environment.
