Ponce Health & Rehabilitation Center
Ponce Health & Rehabilitation Center seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to assess and address residents' therapy needs, aligning services with treatment plans. You will meet residents regularly, evaluate progress, and maintain records for ongoing care. Regularly report outcomes to management and families and adjust plans as needed.
Maintaining current knowledge through literature and seminars helps ensure best practices in resident care and therapy delivery.
