Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience, including two (2) years in a comparable job position.
License: Requires appropriate certification or licensing in the state of practice, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Certifications: Must hold BLS and one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or state-specific equivalents without any restrictions or supervision required.
Must-Have:
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area.
Valid driver's license is preferred unless required by applicable statute.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Description:
The successful candidate will conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on a review of available records and clinical interviews.
The therapist will provide treatment by developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans based on an evaluation of needs and level of functioning.
Documentation of treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record for each person seen is required.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information is essential.
The applicant must demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques through treatments and activities used for individuals in the caseload.
Provision of appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address the needs of individuals is required.
Candidates should have open availability to work as per scheduling policy.
Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain facility clearance, which may take approximately three weeks.
