Pediatric Floor Nurse in New York. This position involves providing specialized nursing care on a pediatric inpatient unit, following established protocols and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 11.5 hours per shift, minimum of 34.5 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, pediatric experience, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, no specific location requirements, and 0 years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric emergency or intensive care experience, certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The position involves patient assessment, medication administration, and supporting family needs within the pediatric care setting. The nurse will adhere to facility policies, including emergency procedures such as trauma and neonatal resuscitation protocols.
