Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client meetings to determine mental health status, history, and individual needs.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic techniques suited to each client's circumstances.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions (both individual and group settings) to provide ongoing support, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment as necessary.

• Identify and refer clients needing additional care or specialized services to psychiatrists or other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) to track client progress and comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with diverse patients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Our client population reflects a broad demographic, necessitating an understanding of cultural factors that influence mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of four years of professional counseling experience, with familiarity across various mental health conditions and therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
