Job Details

• Position: RN - Telemetry
• Location: Prescott
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Night Shift
• Schedule: 3x12
• Experience Required: 2 Years
• Weekly Pay: $2050 to $2250

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient vital signs continuously
• Identify and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
• Ensure patient safety and quality care throughout the shift

Requirements

• Active RN License in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS Certifications required
• Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
• Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
