Northwest Arkansas is booming, and so are we! We're looking for an experienced Market Leader to spearhead our residential roofing expansion across the region — including Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville.
Your Mission:
- Build and mentor a skilled team of 5-6 roofing specialists
- Drive business growth throughout the Northwest Arkansas metro area
- Implement training programs for both new and experienced professionals
- Oversee project quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
- Establish strong community presence and professional networks
Compensation Package:
- Competitive base salary plus 60% commission and a lucrative override structure — high earning potential for the right leader

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in roofing or construction
- Deep understanding of Arkansas weather challenges and roofing solutions (storms, hail, humidity)
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capabilities
