Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Verification in Milwaukee WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal you will manage entry and exit points verify credentials monitor access activity and assist visitors and employees with professionalism. You will help maintain a secure environment through clear communication attention to detail and a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Control access to the location by verifying identification monitoring entry and exit points and documenting visitor contractor and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following site-specific protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access control systems alarms and cameras as assigned and report unusual activity or equipment concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter including access points and restricted areas. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
