Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Cardio Thoracic | Travel | City, State Assignment Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Cardio Thoracic Unit in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with EKG interpretation and medication titration. The unit handles patients with complex cardiothoracic conditions such as MI, CHF, and post-operative care for lung surgeries. Assignment Details Start Date: Not specified Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, 0700-1930 and 1900-0730 Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Holiday Requirements: Rotational holidays Floating Requirements: Float to other general medical units Dress Code: Any color scrubs, no children/cartoon prints Charting System: EPIC Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2565 (negotiable) Responsibilities Interpret EKGs and titrate medications Provide post-operative care for cardiothoracic surgery patients Collaborate with tele/monitor techs and interpret telemetry strips Qualifications Required: Active IL RN license or application in process BLS certification Ability to interpret EKGs and manage titratable drips Basic nursing skills Preferred: ACLS certification Job Type Travel PEL/VIP Job ID 65752686.
