Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Critical Access Hospital Facility: Kimball Health Services Location: Kimball, NE Setting: Rehab Services / Outpatient / Inpatient / Swing Bed Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Days Hours: 40 hrs/week Shift Options: Monday–Friday preferred Common shifts: 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm Flexible scheduling available Pay $38 – $40 per hour Weekly Pay: $1,520 – $1,600/week Required Credentials Active Occupational Therapy Assistant License required NCOT Certification preferred/required BLS Certification preferred Experience in outpatient or hospital rehab preferred Experience with orthopedic and post‑operative patients preferred Splinting experience preferred but not required Experience treating pediatric to geriatric populations preferred Responsibilities Assist Occupational Therapists with patient treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training Support rehabilitation for orthopedic and post‑operative patients Assist with splinting and mobility activities as needed Treat inpatient, outpatient, swingbed, and athletic patients Maintain accurate therapy documentation Collaborate with rehab and healthcare teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
