Associate Legal Counsel

• Review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor contracts, NDAs, and other commercial agreements. • Provide legal counsel to advisors and other colleagues on client agreements and other legal matters. • Review legal process and coordinate with outside legal counsel as needed. • Provide support to the legal department on ad hoc matters, special projects and overflow work as needs evolve. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to New York bar in good standing. 2-4 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in contract negotiation and legal counsel, with a strong foundation in reviewing and managing various legal agreements. Proficient in collaborating with legal teams and external counsel to support legal operations and special projects.
