It works closely with Finance and Architecture teams and international park and resort stakeholders from across the company.The Senior Manager, Product Management will report to the Director, Data & Technology.About The Role & Team:This role leads Product Management for Data & Technology’s Foundational Data Solutions (FDS) portfolio, partnering with Finance, architecture, and international park and resort stakeholders to deliver trusted, real-time segment data products across Disney’s parks, resorts, and experiences worldwideWhat You'll Do: Direct financial planning and portfolio budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal accuracy, strategic alignment, and reliable forecasting across multiple product areasLead multiple Product Management teams and managers responsible for a portfolio of high‑visibility products and experiencesDefine multi‑year product vision, market positioning, and strategic investment areas for portfoliosAlign product direction with enterprise strategy, operational goals, and shareholder outcomesOversee complex platform architecture, ecosystem integrations, and cross‑company dependenciesDevelop long‑term roadmap planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across products and teamsEstablish rigorous research, KPI frameworks, and measurement standards for the product organizationSponsor innovation initiatives and drive adoption of emerging technologies that unlock strategic advantageShape customer and business analytics maturity across the organizationDevelop senior leaders and build a strong, inclusive product management cultureRepresent the portfolios with executive leadership and external stakeholdersInfluence organizational processes, product practices, and operational models at scaleProvide domain and technology leadership (e.g., web, mobile, cloud, AI, product ecosystems), applying deep expertise to guide organizational innovation and long‑range product investment decisionsLead organizational estimation and planning efforts by shaping technical recommendations, establishing prioritization frameworks, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goalsContinuously assess emerging technologies and market shifts to influence strategic direction and identify new opportunities for business and product expansionGuide and elevate the creation and delivery of compelling presentations and narratives for senior executives, cross‑company partners, and external stakeholders; ensure managers and Product Management teams communicate with clarity, influence, and strategic insightsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience5+ years management experienceExpertise with multiple development methodologies, especially Scrum and Agile variantsExpertise with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, AWS) and enterprise Finance/EPM data domainsDemonstrated success leading PM managers and shaping product capability across an organizationExpertise in defining multi‑year product vision, market positioning, and investment strategyHistory of influencing senior executives and driving alignment across organizational boundariesDeep experience guiding complex platform architecture, ecosystem strategy, and technical direction at scalePreferred Qualifications:Basic knowledge of Public Cloud Technologies like AWSUnderstanding of data pipeline challenges and solutionsUnderstanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps, and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)Previous experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar toolsRelevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or cloud/data platform certifications)Experience supporting Finance/EPM data domains or international, multi-region data deliveryBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field preferredAdvanced degree (e.g., MBA) a plusRequired Education:Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience#TECHATDISNEYThe hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $179,500.00 to $240,600.00 per year, and in Anaheim and Glendale, CA is $188,400.00 to $252,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Reference: 10159289
