Recruiting Coordinator

Manpower Engineering is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join ourdynamic team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting our large client program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to excellence and diversity. Recruiting Coordinator Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Position with occasional onsite support in San Francisco and Foster City) Pay Range: $40/hr. What's the Job? Support current employees onsite with our client at multiple sites in the Bay Area Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams, calendars, and time zones to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Partner closely with recruiters and client coordinators o facilitate seamless interview logistics. Manage interview logistics for phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, providing an exceptional candidate experience from scheduling through completion. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within ATS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and onsite interview coordination, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling bottlenecks. What's Needed? At least 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or scheduling roles. Proficiency with Outlook, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
