Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Production Assistant located in Hanover, NH. The Loan Production Assistant will support loan processing operations, ensuring seamless production workflow and quality control standards. Key responsibilities include assisting the processing and closing team with administrative tasks such as third party orders, maintain the closing calendar and assisting the Closer with closing, funding and post closing workflows.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident self starter who takes ownership of tasks and workflows
• Resourceful and solution oriented
• Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency using the Microsoft software suite
• Prior lending experience not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
