As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to advise customers on our amazing skincare products and ensure that they leave Palm Beach Tan feeling confident and beautiful. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.
Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for all things beauty! Your charisma and passion will shine as you:

Consult and Inspire: Interact with customers, providing expert advice on our premium skincare products, empowering them to achieve their beauty aspirations.

☀ Tanning with a Smile: Assist customers with their tanning needs, following state and local guidelines, ensuring they leave with a radiant glow and an even brighter smile.

Achieve the Extraordinary: Be a superstar salesperson by surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, unlocking fantastic commission opportunities along the way.

Create a Blissful Environment: Maintain a clean and organized salon, ensuring each customer feels pampered and relaxed.

Qualifications

Joining our fantastic team requires a few essentials:

Passion and Enthusiasm: A high school diploma or equivalent is awesome, but what truly sets you apart is your passion for the beauty industry and your genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

Age is Just a Number: We welcome candidates aged 18 and above to bring their dynamic personalities to our team.

Flexibility: With reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends, you'll be a perfect fit for our vibrant salon schedule.

Physical Stamina: Our exciting environment requires you to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Plus, you should be able to lift up to 15 pounds without breaking a sweat.
