100% Dedicated Interventional Radiologist in FL, No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays

POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join and support our practice in Brooksville and Spring Hill, FL. Both facilities are Joint Commission accredited acute care hospitals, TGH North Brooksville is a 120‑bed hospital and TGH North Spring Hill a 124‑bed hospital. With these facilities designated as an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center, the ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in all facets of interventional and diagnostic radiology. We have a team‑based style of practice, and our next Radiologist will be able to collaborate with an experienced team of subspecialists. This is an opportunity for a full‑time benefit‑eligible Monday‑Friday work week in a 100% IR role. No requirement for IR call, weekend shifts, holidays, or night diagnostic call coverage. Diagnostic responsibilities, although not required, are encouraged as part of a holistic team environment. LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

RAF is a leading radiology practice in Florida serving the most prestigious established health systems in the state, including on the east and west coasts, the Florida Panhandle, and the Keys. Our scale affords our practice stability and flexibility in study mix and scheduling. We are quality‑oriented and practice radiology at the cutting edge, encouraging subspecialty‑level interpretations across the practice, and facilitating collaboration and consultation between our radiologists. Our state‑of‑the‑art IT suite includes universal PACS across the practice, AI tools, and integrated doc‑to‑doc communication widgets. Our practice is locally and democratically led, with decisions vested in the group at large. We are the teaching physicians for the University of South Florida Department of Radiology in Tampa. In Sarasota, our physicians staff the Florida State University College of Medicine, hosting medical students in their third and fourth years. We also invite residents from the FSU Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency programs to rotate in our departments. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology. Board‑eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology with an Interventional Radiology skillset. Medical license or ability to obtain a license in the state of FL.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $500,000–$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
