JAC Builders is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Tampa, FL team. We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, competitive, and comfortable working in a sales environment where effort directly impacts earning potential. This role is a strong fit for someone with experience in roofing, home improvement, door-to-door sales, hospitality, or the service industry.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing, storm restoration, and exterior improvement needs.
- Generate and follow up on leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and company-supported opportunities.
- Conduct exterior inspections and help identify potential storm or roof damage.
- Educate homeowners on JAC Builders’ services, process, and available solutions.
- Build trust with homeowners through strong communication and follow-through.
- Coordinate with internal team members, closers, project managers, and leadership.
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates.
- Work evenings and Saturdays as needed to meet homeowners when they are available.
- Represent JAC Builders professionally in the Tampa Bay market.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales, canvassing, roofing, home improvement, pest control, hospitality, bartending, or service industry experience preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in the field.
- Able to handle rejection and stay consistent.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Must be professional, dependable, and coachable.
