Principal Data Scientist (Hybrid, 4 days in-office) Join a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of artificial intelligence and data-driven transformation. As a Principal Data Scientist, you’ll play a key role in designing and scaling enterprise-wide AI and machine learning solutions that power innovation in digital services, automation, and customer experience. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, technology, and executive teams to develop predictive models, optimize intelligent automation, and deliver data strategies that drive measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Identify and lead large-scale, cross-functional AI/ML initiatives, from concept to deployment. Partner with business leaders and architects to design and scale innovative data-driven solutions. Develop and maintain high-performing predictive and unsupervised models to support business strategy. Guide solution architecture to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and compliance standards. Simplify and standardize the model development lifecycle, ensuring transparency and performance tracking. Mentor data scientists and engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration. Represent the organization at analytics and AI conferences to share thought leadership and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.). 10+ years of experience in predictive analytics or data science, including 6+ years in model development. Strong proficiency in Python or R, with proven experience building and deploying production-level models. Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques (e.g., regression, SVMs, decision trees, clustering). Experience translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Proven ability to lead analytics strategy and drive business adoption of advanced AI solutions. Preferred Experience Hands‑on expertise in machine learning, NLP, and generative AI applications. Experience implementing AI solutions for contact center optimization, digital servicing, or complaints analytics . Strong background in enterprise‑scale technology strategy and AI integration.
