Principal Data Scientist (Hybrid, 4 days in-office)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and lead large-scale, cross-functional AI/ML initiatives, from concept to deployment.
• Partner with business leaders and architects to design and scale innovative data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-performing predictive and unsupervised models to support business strategy.
• Guide solution architecture to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and compliance standards.
• Simplify and standardize the model development lifecycle, ensuring transparency and performance tracking.
• Mentor data scientists and engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Represent the organization at analytics and AI conferences to share thought leadership and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.).
• 10+ years of experience in predictive analytics or data science, including 6+ years in model development.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, with proven experience building and deploying production-level models.
• Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques (e.g., regression, SVMs, decision trees, clustering).
• Experience translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead analytics strategy and drive business adoption of advanced AI solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Hands‑on expertise in machine learning, NLP, and generative AI applications.
• Experience implementing AI solutions for contact center optimization, digital servicing, or complaints analytics .
• Strong background in enterprise‑scale technology strategy and AI integration.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational performance.
