Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Imlay City, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, assist visitors and employees, document observations, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, delivery, and incident information in accordance with site requirements. Report observations, hazards, equipment issues, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
