Experience 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years. Requirements Candidate must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >55 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Kearney Regional Medical Center. Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Shift & Scheduling Dayshift 0600-1830 or 1800-0630. Every other weekend. Up to 2 extra OT shifts per 6 weeks required. Floating Requirements First to float to PCU for a MSU assignment unless telemetry trained. Time Off 7 days maximum time off. References 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months. 1 reference required from within the last 3 years.
