What You'll Receive

You won't be responsible for acting as the Real Estate Advisor, Transaction Coordinator, and Marketing Manager all at once. Our team manages these critical functions, allowing you to focus on relationships, client consultations, property showings, and business development.

Individualized mentorship and continuous coaching.
Each agent is matched with an Agent Advisor who is dedicated to helping you grow. You'll receive weekly coaching, ongoing training, and dependable support for questions, challenges, encouragement, and celebrations along the way.

Consistent lead generation and marketing support.
Our lead-generation platform supports sphere marketing, open houses, prospecting, listing opportunities, and online leads. You'll also receive access to Brivity CRM, Mojo, Canva Pro, and a Touch Program designed to keep you connected with your network. Additional resources include print and digital marketing, social media templates, a marketing dollar match program, and geographic farming assistance-so you can build a reliable pipeline without constantly starting from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
