Senior Vice President

Senior Director of Accounting $180,000-$225,000 base salary (depending on experience) Greater Phoenix, AZ (hybrid schedule) Vaco has partnered with a real estate company looking for a Senior Director of Accounting to add to the team. This role provides leadership across accounting operations, treasury, and corporate financial activities while partnering closely with executive leadership on development and acquisition initiatives. You will play a key role in driving financial oversight, supporting strategic growth, and developing a strong accounting and finance team. Oversee general ledger accounting, treasury activities, and financial operations for corporate entities. Serve as a liaison for partner financial matters in coordination with external tax consultants. Support development and acquisition initiatives through financial planning and execution. Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development opportunities across the accounting and finance teams. Requirements CPA required Real Estate experience required BS in Accounting or Finance required Compensation is competitive and may be augmented by discretionary bonuses.
