Regional Director, Dermatology Access & Reimbursement - Northeast

Role: Regional Director, Access & Reimbursement a strategic field leadership position guiding a customer-focused team to improve patient access to Novartis therapies. Responsibilities Leading, developing, and recruiting a team Translating national strategies into regional execution Collaborating with cross-functional partners to address access challenges and ensure compliance Operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and advancing enterprise goals Requirements Bachelor's degree 8+ years in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare fields Demonstrated leadership and strategic account management skills Experience working with healthcare systems, payer strategies, and patient support programs Ability to travel 60-80%, with a valid driver's license Preferred qualifications Experience in specialty therapeutic areas Navigating complex practice environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills HighValue Focus on healthcare access, reimbursement strategies, managed care, specialty pharmacy, and navigating complex healthcare landscapes in a regional, field-based setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novartis
