Methodist Health System, a faith-based, not-for-profit network serving North Texas, seeks a Nursing Professional Development Generalist to advance nursing practice and learning. In this role, you will assess educational needs, design and deliver evidence-based programs, and support orientation, competency validation, and ongoing development for nurses across our Dallas facilities. Partnering with clinical leaders, you will align education with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment with clear career growth opportunities.
