Role Overview: A Pediatric Dentist provides in-office surgical care for pediatric patients, collaborating with a Dental Anesthesiologist to deliver safe, efficient sedation and surgical treatments. This flexible PRN position emphasizes focused surgical case days with anesthesia support in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Perform restorative and surgical procedures under sedation Coordinate with Dental Anesthesiologist for case flow and safety Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care efficiently and confidently Work with office teams to ensure compliance and excellent patient experience Qualifications & Skills DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program Completion of a CODA-accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency Active or eligible dental license Current BLS/PALS, DEA, and state-specific certifications Nitrous Oxide certification as required Additional Details: Offers include a guaranteed daily rate or percentage of collections, no lab fees, and company-paid malpractice insurance.
