This role ensures accurate product handling, labeling, and placement while maintaining safety, organization, and productivity standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Major Functional Responsibilities: Safely operate pallet jacks (manual and walkie) to transport, stage, and stock products throughout the warehouse. Lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 100 lbs frequently; perform labeling, stacking, and securing of products on pallets. Accurately attach labels, including translated labels for international shipments, ensuring compliance with destination requirements. Replenish flagged slots, stock pick slots, rotate dated products, and assist with inventory audits and cycle counts. Locate and return cooler/freezer items to proper storage locations after check-in, maintaining organization and accuracy. Use scanners or wearable computers to record product placement and ensure accurate inventory tracking. Perform duties in varying warehouse conditions, including cold storage, with extended periods of standing, bending, and walking. Collaborate effectively with team members, follow instructions, maintain a clean work area, and work weekend shifts as required. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Qualifications: Basic Math and Reading Skills: For inventory counts, reading labels, and following instructions. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate order picking, packing, and inventory handling. Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment in different climate zones. Time Management: Efficiently completing tasks within deadlines. Familiarity with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts (may require certification), or RF scanners. Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check. Preferred qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience 0 - 6 Months Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred.
