Staff Pharmacist

Role Overview: Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers on health and medication needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Accurately dispense prescriptions and maintain confidential records. Offer expert guidance on health-related topics and medication usage. Promote patient safety, quality care, and adherence to SOPs. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety protocols. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support business solutions. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and excellence. Support organizational initiatives for continuous improvement and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent. Valid pharmacy license at the time of employment. Completion of an accredited immunization training program. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Commitment to ethical standards, patient safety, and customer service.
