Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Olympia, WA by IL Logistics

Requirements

• 2+ years of CDL-A experience preferred.
• A clean MVR for the last 3 years is preferred (no points are ideal).
• Ability to pass DOT physical & drug screening.
• You must be willing to follow instructions and assist with hand unloading when necessary.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication with dispatch are essential.

Benefits

• Hourly rate starting at $33–$38/hour.
• Discount Tire unloading incentive (when required): $0.15 per tire unloaded. Extra pay is based on the tire count and the number of unloading stop points required.
• Home time: most drivers work 5 to 6 days per week, with most weekends off.

Role Overview:

• Cover routes across WA, OR, ID, MT, and CA, ensuring safe and punctual deliveries
• Execute all DOT paperwork and follow detailed pickup/delivery protocols
• Keep your tractor clean, well-maintained, and inspection-ready
• Stay connected with dispatch to optimize route performance

Additional Tasks:

• Assist with manual unloading of Discount Tire merchandise by rolling, scanning, and organizing tires
• Adjust to day or night shifts as delivery schedules require
