Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.At least 5 years of experience with Contact center domain on Genesys platformAt least 7 years’ experience in Genesys framework, eservices, Genesys routing strategies and composerAt least 6 years’ experience in ORS, GVPAt least 5 years of experience in project executionExperience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point preferred.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Troubleshooting, Analytical and Client Interfacing skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
