The offered salary for this position will be a 5% increase for taking on Lead CSR duties. All levels of CSR's are eligible to apply (CSR 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 etc). Description of Duties The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team while ensuring high standards of productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This position serves as a working lead, providing guidance, training, and support to CSR staff while maintaining individual performance expectations. The CSR Lead acts as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, supports management in monitoring quality and operational performance, and is responsible for preparing and submitting multiple time sensitive operational and compliance reports. Qualifications Minimum: High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience communicating information in a customer service setting are required.
