Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,223 per week

Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Mount Morris, Illinois. Responsibilities Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Perform therapeutic interventions including gait training, transfers, and therapeutic exercises. Document patient progress in electronic medical records. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Availability for 5 x 8 day‑shift coverage (shift days and hours). Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: 8 hours, days 08:30-16:30. Start date: 05/18/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 35 per client documentation.
