Tree Service Crew MemberWe are currently hiring for Tree Service Crew Member positions. This position is excellent for an individual eager to learn, though prior experience in the tree care industry (private and/or residential/non-line clearance) is highly preferred. Candidates MUST have a valid Driver License with a clean driving record AND prior experience hauling a trailer/equipment. Due to CDL Class B (no restrictions) or higher a plus. Candidates should be enthusiastic, work well with others as a team, and be safety-oriented. This job is safety-sensitive and applicants with a medical marijuana card will NOT be eligible for employment.This job involves/requires:Trimming and removing trees of all sizes or assisting withAssisting with climbing and/or rigging/crane operationsBucket and/or grapple truck operationDriving a tool truck with a trailer loaded with equipmentStump grinder, skid steer, and frequent chainsaw operationAbility to lift at least 50-100 pounds regularlyAttention to detail and the ability to follow directionsExcellent communication/customer service skillsFocus on safety and teamwork and proper use of PPEProper jobsite set up/pre and post-jobsite walk through to assess risks and ensure customer satisfactionAbility to work outdoors and handle extreme weather conditionsObtaining CDL Class B (no restrictions) or higherPlease note that we specialize in Emergency Tree Response/Disaster Relief and crews may be dispatched to assist with tornado and hurricane relief efforts which require an extended period of travel.
