Program Details Work 32 hrs per week: 3pm–7am shifts (2–16 hr) every weekend (Saturday/Sunday). Receive pay for 40 hrs and benefits. Full‑time & part‑time options available. About Our Care We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy, and to those needing long‑term care. Responsibilities Administer medications: give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications. Wound/skin care: perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings. Monitoring: observe physical and mental health status—track changes and analyze data. Clinical procedure: provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens. Care planning: assist in executing individualized care plans. Collaboration: strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others. Family & resident education: explain health status, changes and expectations for care. Documentation: keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress, and interactions. Team oversight: oversee and delegate CNAs ensuring quality care and teamwork. Qualifications Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse). Must pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation. Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.
