About the Role
The Company is undergoing a significant enterprise-wide business transformation, and as part of this, is seeking an Executive Director for Commercial Client Integration. This pivotal role is focused on the customer-facing readiness and execution of a major client migration to a new, state-of-the-art laboratory information system. The successful candidate will be the single accountable commercial owner for this integration, with a primary responsibility to ensure that the brand reputation is elevated, revenue streams are protected and grown, and patient care remains seamless with a superior experience. The ideal candidate for the Executive Director, Commercial Client Integration position at the company will be a visionary leader with a high level of experience in commercial market acumen and influencing skills. They must have a deep understanding of the strategic significance of digital transformation and be able to spearhead the integration of all clients into the new system. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership position that requires a candidate who can demonstrate exceptional leadership and is capable of driving the commercial aspects of the transformation with a focus on client integration. The role is critical to the success of the business transformation, and the Executive Director will play a key part in ensuring that the company's vast network of clients is seamlessly transitioned to the new system, with a strong emphasis on maintaining and enhancing the client experience.
