Licensure/Certifications: CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM) required or Medivator experience
Experience: Previous experience in sterile processing preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $32.88/hour

What You'll Do

Decontaminate surgical instruments including drills, scopes, and DaVinci devices
Assemble instruments across various service lines, including trauma and loaner sets
Operate sterilization equipment (Sterrad and steam sterilizers) and process HLD/scopes
Manage sterile storage and inventory tracking
Act as a liaison with OR staff, ensuring timely instrument availability
Utilize the Censitrac tracking system to monitor sterilization processes
Maintain compliance with all sterilization protocols and safety standards

What You Need
Required:

CBSPD or CRCST certification (or Medivator experience)
Prior experience with sterilization processes and decontamination workflows
Knowledge of Censitrac or similar tracking systems
Ability to work in a high-volume, trauma hospital setting

Preferred:

Experience with all elements of sterile processing, including decontamination, sterilization, and instrument assembly
Experience with OR liaison duties and managing complex instrument sets
